At MAA Animal Foundation, we value transparency and trust in every transaction made through our platform. Whether you are donating to support our cause or making a payment for adoption-related services, the following policy applies.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through secure and trusted methods including:
UPI / Net Banking
Credit / Debit Cards
Digital Wallets
Third-party Payment Gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our partnered payment providers.
2. Donations
All donations made to MAA Animal Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Every rupee you donate is used for the welfare, treatment, shelter, food, and rehabilitation of animals under our care. Donation receipts can be requested at the time of payment or by contacting our team.
3. Payment for Services
In case of paid services like adoption processing, vet treatments, or merchandise, all charges will be clearly communicated in advance. Once the payment is made, a confirmation message and receipt will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Since most of our payments are donation-based or towards services already delivered, refunds are generally not applicable. However, in case of any payment errors or duplicate charges, you may contact us within 7 days for resolution.
